Refund and Exchange Policy

Overview

We want all our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase from Mrs Jones Jams.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

Refunds

All returns and exchanges must be in their original packaging and in unused condition. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or defective.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately.  Pictures will be requested and once received, we will provide further instructions on how to proceed.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us here.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email here and send your item to: {physical address}.
