INGREDIENTS:  Cherries, **Kirsch, Lemon Juice, Sugar, & Pectin.

** Short for Kirsch-Wine. It’s an “all-natural cherry spirt” Canadian Kirsch.  Traditionally Kirsch is used for Black Forest Cake, in desserts, coffee or Swiss cheese fondue but brings out the incredible flavor of our Cherries in our Cherry Jubilee Jam.
